Dog Walking Questions and Answers
What is the process to become a client?
1. Contact us to book a free meet & Greet and check availability and area coverage. On this we meet you and your dog to discuss your needs and go over everything essential. 2. We then decide on the frequency of the walks and the type of service you require. 3. We then onboard you using our app (if you have a smart phone or we will add you ourselves) This is where you will add all of your dogs information and sign any agreements. 4. Your dog if booked in for group walks will have a minimum of one individual walk so that we can learn your dog, bond with them first and match them appropriately into a group. If solo walks are booked then walking commences. 5. We then use our app software to communicate with you, sending you pics and videos of your dog, invoice you monthly and more.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE WALK ITSELF?
1. Firstly we drive to collect your dog either individually or to collect the group depending on the service booked. They are then loaded in to a secure van or car designed to keep them snug and safe.
2. We then either do a local walk or drive to a nice location such as the quantocks, or one of our specially selected locations chosen for max dog enjoyment. (Up to 15 mins/5 miles away) However, sometimes these are from your door step as there are so many great dog walks from the villages of Taunton.
3. The walk then starts and is started on the App so that you can see the walk time and pictures of your pooch on their dog walk adventure!
4. After the walk your special pooch is given fresh water, and a treat and towelled or rinsed as best as possible. We do our best but do go on proper adventures so mud is a given in the winter months. We are respectful of homes and do our best to being them back in a presentable manor.
5. Your dog is then dropped home after the walk. The great thing is that although the walk is 30-60 mins depending on the service booked. Your dog often gets to be out for much longer including travel. When dropping home if you have purchased boredom busting toys from Simply Spoilt we will refill them for free so your pooch stays occupied when home alone. (We don't provide the filling, but will refill using your ingredients.)
WHICH AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We walk a maximum of four dogs at one time. This is so that we can be in complete control at all times in a safe and secure location. We like our group walks to be small and personal for the best experience for the dogs and also for safety too.
